Another variant of Nokia has
appeared, called Nokia N500. This stylish smartphone will probably be on the
shelves this August. Claimed to be enriched with more advanced features, N500 is
surely one of the most wanted middle-end mobile gadgets we expect to be

Nokia N500 works on GSM 850/900/1800/1900 and HSDPA 850/900/1700/1900/2100.
This 93-grams mobile gadget has 3.2 inch TFT capacitive touchscreen display, 16
million colors, up to 360 x 640 pixels, featuring accelerometer sensor for auto-rotate and proximity
for auto turn-off.
Running on Symbian Anna
platform, Nokia N500 is armed with 1 GHz processor, enabling smooth
multitasking. Besides, a 2 GB internal memory is implanted to support such a
processing unit to do various jobs. However, users does not have to worry of
running out space for files, songs, or videos since Nokia provides an expansion
slot, holding up to 32 GB additional microSD memory.

Nokia N500 is dependable as this low-cost smartphone supports data transfer
from GPRS to 3G (HSDPA
14.4 Mbps and HSUPA 5.76 Mbps), Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g, Bluetooth v2.1 with A2DP,
EDR, microUSB port v2.0, and 3.5 mm audio jack. Being a multi-function
gadget, Nokia N500 comes also with capturing media. For this matter, Nokia has
put 5 megapixel rear-facing camera, along with geo-tagging.

fascinating features of this mobile gadget are also Stereo FM radio, GPS with

Lite 4.0. For such various tasks, this relatively-cheap smartphone is supported
with 1110 mAh Li-Ion battery, compatible with BL-4U model, which is claimed to
last for 455 hours for standby and 5 hours talktime.

@Android Hut: The price will depend on the area. In Europe, it will be around 199 Euro before subsidies. Using a contract with certain carrier, it will be much less than that. Thanks for coming.
